To you use Apicviewer freeware, you need to provide your news server address. Your news server address will usually look similar to: news.myisp.com

Well if you have an ISP(Internet Service Provider) you probaly have access to Newsgroups. Free ISP or Fee-based ISP generally provide free news server.

If you do not know your news server address contact your ISP and ask for your new server address.

If your ISP does not carry Newsgroups or not the ones you want you can try the following:
news-reader3.wcg.net

If the preceding news server does not work it could simply be because that particular server is down at the moment.
